Tim Mitchell did an outstanding inspection for us. He was at the home when my husband and I arrived. He explained to us the complete process of what was to take place before he started which was very helpful since my husband and I were fairly new to the home buying process.
He was very insightful in all areas of the inspection, constantly pointing out details as he was inspecting certain areas of the house. His method of explaining was easy to understand. He pointed out things such as the pvc piping on the hot water heater, telling us that it should be copper piping for safety reasons.
He also pointed out small details like the flaps that helps prevent the wood on the deck from rotting on the inside, again pointing out safety features.
He was efficient and thorough. His expertise and customer service gave us great confidence in the home we are buying. We would highly recommend his services to anyone in the home buying process.
